Where do you work?

What are your research interests?
I am interested in how viral infections and other early life environmental factors influence the risk of developing childhood asthma.
What scientific achievements are you most proud of?
I am proud to have led the Children's Respiratory and Environmental Workgroup (CREW). This consortium of outstanding investigators pooled data from 12 existing and one new birth cohort to address critical questions about the epidemiology, risk factors, and pathogenesis of childhood asthma.

The CIA provides a terrific forum to expand professional networks and learn from outstanding scientists working on allergic diseases and asthma worldwide.
